Iowa State University offers physical therapy services designed to aid in the rehabilitation of ISU students, faculty and staff members who have suffered injury or illness, including sports and work-related ailments.
Physical therapy is located in the upper level of Thielen Student Health Center with free patient parking available.

Physical therapy and sports medicine is available to persons of all ages with a written referral from a provider. For students, this may be obtained from a Student Health physician or nurse practitioner. Faculty and staff must obtain a referral from their personal healthcare provider.

The physical therapy staff is all licensed in the State of Iowa, and includes:
